Harbin Taiping International Airport, the northernmost airport in China, will use a new flight schedule for the summer and autumn months starting on March 31, according to information from Harbin Daily.
The airport is set to get three new routes linking the city to Xinzhou, Zhuhai, Xuzhou, and Haikou, thanks to plans by Hangzhou-based Loong Airlines. The company plans to take advantage of the booming demand for travel by tourists and businesspeople between the cities.
According to the flight schedule, the Harbin-Xuzhou-Zhuhai flight will operate every Monday, Wednesday and Friday using flight number GJ8087/8. The Harbin-Xinzhou-Haikou flight will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday as flight GJ8857/8. And the Harbin-Xinzhou-Zhuhai service will operate every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday as flight GJ8849/50.
