Shenzhen Zhenye Group is a state-controlled listed company directly under the management of the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It was established in May 1989 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1992. Its main business is real estate development and operation, and it possesses the first-class qualification of real estate development enterprise issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 

Over the years, Zhenye Group has focused on the development and construction of real estate projects, covering various types of residential buildings, commercial properties, townhouses, and villas. At present, it has basically formed a national strategic layout centering on Shenzhen and its surrounding areas, focusing on cities such as Guangzhou, Tianjin, Xi'an, Changsha, Nanning, and more. It has completed nearly 30 projects, with a cumulative development area of over 5 million square meters. 

The Group has been selected for 12 consecutive years as one of the top 100 enterprises in Shenzhen and obtained the highest rating from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Information Disclosure Assessment for four consecutive years.
