Boao Forum for Asia under preparation

The first comprehensive rehearsal for the 2019 Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference, organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province, ended on March 13.

The rehearsal simulated important conference procedures and examined a list of activities with corresponding facilities for the upcoming 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road Islands Economic Cooperation Forum and the ASEAN-China Governors/Mayors' Dialogue.

The rehearsal went smoothly and suggested that quality services would be provided to distinguished guests during the actual forum. The organizer paid great attention to detail and made a number of improvements to the conference plan.

Hainan is currently striving to bring foreign investment into rural areas, and the influential upcoming forum is expected to inject powerful momentum into the development of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
