The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Base
Established in June 2013, the Shenzhen- Hong Kong Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Base was first located in Nanshan Yungu Innovation Industrial Park and moved to Nanshan iPark in March, 2014.
As Nanshan iPark is built to be “the first international innovation village” in Shenzhen, it will mainly introduce enterprises of key focus, such as the next generation of information technology and other internet related industries, biological medicine and medical instruments, new energy, new materials, integrated circuits, and the culture industry.
The Shenzhen- Hong Kong Youth Innovation Entrepreneurship Base will provide well-equipped office venues for participating enterprises, organize contests and entrepreneurial salons, as well as various services including entrepreneurial tutors, theoretical research and project cooperation, technology finance, resource sharing and public platforms, international exchanges and cooperation, and exhibition activities.
Service subjects include: Hong Kong citizens aged 20-40 to establish a technology enterprise or entrepreneurial service company with certain research and development capabilities in Shenzhen; overseas students aged 20-40 from the mainland to Hong Kong to start a business and set up a technology-based enterprise or entrepreneurial service company with certain research and development capabilities in Shenzhen; people under the age of 45, who has already established a business in Hong Kong and has established a technology enterprise or entrepreneurial service company with certain research and development capabilities; students or those graduated for less than 5 years from Hong Kong universities that bring university production and research projects or their own technology projects to start a business in Shenzhen.

The Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub
Founded on December 7, 2014 by the Qianhai Administration, Shenzhen Youth Federation and Hong Kong Youth Association, the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub is an international service platform for youths of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The hub is located in Qianhai Cooperation Zone, a modern service industry cluster with more than 17,000 high quality businesses. The hub provides 100M fiber network, comfortable office facilities, tax preferential policies, rent reduction, and one-stop advisory service. An entrepreneurial service center and an entrepreneurship institute are also established to acquire first-hand businesses, provide entrepreneurship and business support information and services, and cultivate high quality entrepreneurial talents and teams.
The hub focuses on modern logistics, information services, technology services, cultural and creative industries, and professional services. It has 200 high-potential start-ups now.

Established in 2015, the Nansha Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao (International) Youth Entrepreneur Hub was located in the HKUST Fok Ying Tung Research Institute, the only Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperative research platform established by Hong Kong universities in Guangdong.
The entrepreneur hub aims to build a comprehensive demonstration platform for international students and young people in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and an international production and research base in the Nansha Free Trade Zone based on the resources and platform of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Fok Ying Tung Research Institute.
The entrepreneur hub makes full use of the leading scientific research, business management, and other resource advantages of HKUST. It forms a strong team of R&D and business planning instructors, which will provide an all-day service model to provide international entrepreneurship for local entrepreneurial teams. The hub will also introduce more domestic and foreign experts, as well as international entrepreneurial teams, and plays an active role in talent introduction, innovation and entrepreneurship, and business contacts.
The hub is mainly for Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao college students and youth entrepreneurs, focusing on industries such as internet technology, smart manufacturing, biomedicine, green energy, and new materials.

Zhongshan e-Park is a public welfare and exemplary entrepreneurial incubator base established by the Zhongshan municipal people’s government. It provides low-cost, convenient, and full-featured entrepreneur services for college graduates, returned overseas students, local cadres and retired military personnel, youths from Hong Kong and Macao, Taiwan and overseas innovative entrepreneurial talents, local residents, and people who have lived in the city for more than half a year with a residence permit.

Established respectively in 2014 and 2015, the innovation and entrepreneurial bases for overseas Chinese in Jiangmen and Zengcheng are gathering areas for overseas Chinese industry and returnee innovation and entrepreneurship.
Its beautiful ecological environment, relaxed human environment, fair market environment, good innovation and entrepreneurial environment, and international business environment have greatly attracted attention.
Projects that have a major impact on local development and bring major economic and social benefits will be granted a maximum special aid of 100 million yuan after review. High-level overseas Chinese who bring technology, projects, and funds to start a business in the bases are eligible for up to 5 million yuan in entrepreneurship funding, and can enjoy preferential policies in housing, children's education, health care, and more. The two bases will establish an entrepreneurship fund of 1 billion yuan to support the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dongguan Eco-Industrial Park at Songshan Lake is located at the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It has outstanding geographical advantages and can be easily connected with Dongguan, Shenzhen, and even the entire Bay Area.
Hong Kong and Macao innovation and entrepreneurship talents who meet the relevant requirements and conditions to start a business in the park can obtain relevant policy support after being reviewed by experts. Start-up capital, subsidies for the rental of office space and housing, enterprise training subsidies, and loan subsidies will be granted according to comprehensive evaluation of enterprises.
