Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co was founded in 1998 and became a listed company in February 2015. It has also established the “T&W” trademark. As the world's leading manufacturer of broadband communication terminal products, Gongjin Electronics has also started a new undertaking specializing in communication terminals, communication networks, and smart medical services.

Gongjin Electronics is: a network communication products and system solution provider covering wired, wireless, and mobile; a wireless smart application product provider; and an Internet health devices and services provider with its products covering all types of broadband communication terminal equipment, Internet medical devices, and smart home applications. Currently, the company owns many R&D centers, production bases or sales centers in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Taicang, Hong Kong, Europe, and America. It has 4.5 billion yuan worth of total assets, over 7.5 billion yuan ($1.12 billion) of annual turnover, and more than 8,000 employees.

The company has passed a series of international certifications, imported management systems of quality, and environmental safety and social responsibility standards, successively winning honors such as National Hi-tech Enterprise and Top 100 China’s Electronic Information Enterprise.

Approved by the Shenzhen government in 2012, the company established the Shenzhen T&W Charity Foundation as a formal fund raising platform for public welfare efforts. Over the years, the company has built eight Hope Primary Schools in western China and donated a sum of more than 20 million yuan to society.
