China Huashi Enterprises Co was founded in Shenzhen in August 1982. It is the largest construction enterprise in Shenzhen due to its great impact and extensive reach.

China Huashi has national special-class qualifications for general contracting of house construction, as well as multiple Class A qualifications for professional contracting. The company is mainly engaged in housing construction, municipal public works, airports, mechanical and electrical engineering, steel structure engineering, lifting equipment installation, building decoration and construction, foundations, and other engineering contracting business. 

China Huashi possesses 11 branches and subsidiaries, including four wholly-owned subsidiaries, three holding companies, and three participating companies, with its business network covering 17 provinces and autonomous regions in the Chinese mainland, as well as Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region. 

China Huashi has completed over 2,000 projects, with the total construction area exceeding 45.3 million square meters. It has successively been contracted for the construction of a number of key projects at home and abroad, such as Shenzhen Gymnasium, Shenzhen Stadium, Shenzhen Huawei Research Center, and the Consulate General of the United States of America in Guangzhou.
