A delegation led by Tan Zuojun, secretary of the CPC Dalian Municipal Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee, surveyed Lushunkou in Dalian, a city in North China's Liaoning province, on March 9.
The delegation surveyed water treatment plants, a food factory, a technical company and institute of petroleum and petrochemicals.
After the survey, a conference chaired by Tan was held to discuss strategies to promote the high-quality and ecological development of Lushunkou.
Tan stressed that Lushunkou should clarify the direction of its development and make good use of own history and natural resources to achieve robust and healthy development.
