Nansha institutional reform enters full implementation

III. Adjust and optimize the organs of the Party Working Committee and the Administrative Committee of the Guangzhou Nansha Economic and Technological Development Zone (Guangzhou Nansha New Area of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone )and Guangzhou Nansha Bonded Port Area.

1. The organs set up by the Party Working Committee and the Administrative Committee of Nansha Development Zone include:

(1) The Port Work Office of the Nansha Development Zone is also named the Shipping Service Administration. 

(2) Hong Kong and Macao Cooperation Affairs Office of the Nansha Development Zone.

(3) Financial Work Bureau of the Nansha Development Zone.

(4) Innovation Work Bureau of the Nansha Development Zone.

(5) Talent Development Bureau of the Nansha Development Zone will be managed by the Organization Department of the Party Working Committee.

2. Some of the organs of the Party Working Committee and the Administrative Committee of the Nansha Development Zone and the relevant departments of the District Party Committee and the District Government and the dispatched institutions of the departments of the Municipal Government are“one institution with two names”.
