8. Land use
Land transfer fees for major construction projects in the area will be determined according to the provisions of the minimum standard price policy for national industrial land.
For major projects with total investment of more than 1 billion yuan ($150 million) (excluding land-use fees) and fixed assets investment per 0.067 hectares of more than 5 million yuan, the regional government will arrange a land-use index of new construction works.
