With it being successfully held for five years, the summit has become an important event in the domestic robot field that can be paralleled with the World Robot Conference held in Beijing.
It has also played a key role in driving the development of the intelligent industries in Yuyao, the manufacturing industries in Ningbo and the digital economy in Zhejiang province.
The fifth summit last year saw the signing of 35 projects worth 43.25 billion yuan ($6.46 billion) and 80 percent of the projects have been put into applications to date.
