A Mongolian hot pot restaurant called Little Lamb opens its doors to the public in Singapore on Feb 26, making it the first Little Lamb hot pot restaurant to be opened in Southeast Asia, reports Baotou Daily.
Established in 2002 in Baotou, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the Little Lamb hot pot restaurant is a food catering enterprise specializing in hot pot, condiments production and mutton processing.
It has become a full-industrial chain enterprise for agriculture and animal husbandry integrating breeding, animal husbandry, food processing, a restaurant chain, cold chain logistics, big data for agriculture and animal husbandry, feed technology and e-commerce.
Little Lamb is an international restaurant chain, with more than 500 outlets globally, with 28 in overseas countries, including the United States, Japan, and Canada.
