Inner Mongolia manufacturers turn to cloud computing

Manufacturers in Inner Mongolia autonomous region plan to integrate cloud computing into their industry in order to boost development and levels of efficiency, according to local authorities.

In a bid to provide statistical support for the utilization of AI technology for data analysis and smart decision-making, the autonomous region is encouraging manufacturing enterprises to upload their production and operation data to the cloud computing platform in order to improve the information level of the manufacturing process.

But, before an advanced cloud computing network can be developed, the region will improve its internet infrastructure, with the aim of improving bandwidth and reliability.

In recent years, Inner Mongolia has prioritized the development of smart manufacturing to develop its economy.
