Lushunkou to hold 11th Cherry Blossom Festival

According to local authorities, the 11th Dalian International Cherry Blossom Festival and cross-country running competition will be held in Lushunkou district, in Dalian, North China's Liaoning province, on April 28.

The festival will be held in cherry forest measuring 33,000 square meters at the foot of the hill. In addition, the area also includes the Laohu Valley Monument, a stone monument in memory of Nogi Yasunori, Erlingshan Tower, a heavy artillery observation site, a Russian heavy artillery position, and the Hill 203 museum.

Cross-country running will be one of the main highlights of the festival, with many expected to participate.
