Shenzhen Airlines plans to open more flights among the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area, expecting to reach 210 flights per day in 2020.
Currently, Shenzhen Airlines has a daily average of 199 flights in the Greater Bay Area, and 51 overnight flights per day. On the basis of carrying 9.44 million passengers in 2018, the company is going to increase investment in the main bases of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and actively explore the Zhuhai and Huizhou market.
In the future, Shenzhen Airlines will improve its airline network to make itself a Shenzhen-based large-scale airline company with routes covering the Greater Bay Area, as well as the entire Asia region. It will particularly increase input in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to promote the development of the airport economic areas of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and help strengthen the transportation infrastructure capacity of the Greater Bay Area.
