Hair color fashion show held in Shanghai

The 2019 L'Oreal Professionnel Spring and Summer Trend Collection – Limitless Ash Addiction was held at the 1862 Fashion Art Center in Shanghai on Feb 25.

Four professional teams from France, the UK, Japan and China brought a total of 24 models with their hair dyed in different shades of gray from the dye collection by MajiFashion.

The new collection includes colors like milkshake ash, flaxen ash, ash brown and dry ash rose which aim to reflect young people's pursuit of being themselves and independent.

Zeng Jie from Beijing outshone the 12 other hair stylists representing Chinese hairdressing art to win the 2019 Style and Color Trophy of China award. He will represent the country at the finals in Paris, France.

"One hundred and ten years ago, the founder of L'Oreal, Eugene Schueller, invented the first hair dye product," said Stephane Rinderknech, CEO of L'Oreal China. "Tonight, our hero MajiFashion is another breakthrough innovation of L'Oreal's beautiful adventure.

"MajiFashion was invented in China, for China. We believe that it will also shock the global market and lead the new fashion trend – Limitless Ash Addiction in 2019," he added.
