Jiuyuan district confirms key projects for 2019

Baotou’s Jiuyuan district has confirmed a total of 100 key projects worth 100 million yuan ($14.92 million) each for 2019, according to a Feb 26 Baotou Daily report.

The number of projects, the total amount of investment and the amount of investment in the year rank first out of the different districts that make up Baotou.

Among the 100 projects, 66 are new initiatives, accounting for 66 percent of the total, and 34 are ongoing projects. The projects cover areas including rare earth new materials, urban infrastructure and the renovation of residential areas.
