Located in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on the border with Vietnam, Detian Waterfall is the biggest cross-border waterfall in Asia and the fourth-largest in the world. It straddles China and Vietnam, as well as the Pingxiang Friendship Pass, a major route for people traveling between the two countries.
Neighboring Ban Gioc Falls in Vietnam, Detian Waterfall in Daxin county, Chongzuo is more than 100 meters wide and 60 meters deep. The drop is almost 50 meters, offering a spectacular and humbling sight. It is a popular location for film and television shooting because of its diverse landscape, and was also honored as one of China's tourist destinations with international characteristics. In recent years, the scenic area has made great contributions to construction in infrastructure development, creating high-quality tourist areas and cooperating with neighbors to promote cross-border tourism.
