The dish of Nanning dry noodles is a traditional snack in Nanning. It was originated and developed at the end of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). It is eaten without soup, only blended with barbecued pork and brine. Cooking process: take some noodles and cook them in a saucepan for a short time. After placing them in a bowl, add some pork or beef, green bean sprout cooked in boiling water, some fried soybeans or fried peanuts, and cover them with the particular sour and sweet sauce that is cooked with 10 ingredients and a little bit of peanut oil. The character of the noodles is tender, smooth and tasty. There are plenty of restaurants selling the snack in Nanning.
