Bifa cherry tree basement, Shuicheng county, Liupanshui

Bifa cherry tree basement holds its first cherry blossom festival of the year on Feb 15. Here, visitors will not only find flowering cherry trees, but also be able take them home. The event, which aimed to assist poverty-alleviation efforts, held a cherry tree auction on the opening day of the festival. Five flourishing cherry trees were sold from 1,980 yuan ($292) to 6,188 yuan respectively.
