Ordos Eneng Investment Group Co is a large-scale State-owned firm incorporated on Jan 16, 2019. It was formerly known as Ordos Railway Collection and Distribution Co.

Ordos Eneng Investment Group Co has three wholly-owned subsidiaries (Ordos Zhenglian Energy Co, Ordos Zhengyi Energy Co, and Ordos Zhenghui Highway Management Co) and two holding companies (Ordos Yousheng Logistics Co and Ordos Municipal Zhengde Logistics and Sales Co.) It also has invested in the construction of Ordos Zhenghua Energy Co.

The group's businesses include energy industry investment, coal mining, and construction and operation of railway collection and distribution system projects. In addition, it also provides services in mining equipment sales, cargo transportation, and insurance.

In 2018, Ordos Eneng sold 5.59 million tons of coal and transported 1.87 million tons of coal by logistics, generating revenues of 6.3 billion yuan ($941.5 million). Its tax payment to the region was about 1.63 billion yuan.

By reforming its structures, the firm is striving to lead the development of small and middle coal firms in Baotou.
