The China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has become a magnet for foreign investors. Between January and October in 2018, the FTZ reported 285 newly-registered foreign-invested enterprises, almost four times the number gained throughout the previous year. It was the first company registered by Boeing to provide test flights, flight technicians and various types of aircraft engineering technical support for aircraft delivery after the Boeing project settled in Zhoushan. The company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested by Boeing Singapore Pte. Ltd. Its registered capital is $10.34 million and its total investment is $25.85 million.
