Hanan focuses on 36 key projects

Authorities in Hanan Industrial New City in Harbin, Heilongjiang province will speed up construction work on 36 key projects during 2019, according to a work report meeting held by Harbin Economic Development Zone on Feb 18.

The projects mainly involve Harbin's three leading industries: food, equipment manufacturing, and cloud computing. Planned total investment in the projects is expected to hit 13.8 billion yuan ($2.04 billion).

China Mobile (Harbin) Data Center, an intelligent manufacturing project of Harbin Hanlin Science and Technology Co and the second phase of a flourmill of Yihai Jiali Grain, Oil and Food Industry Co are just two of the key projects expected to enjoy expedited development this year.

It is estimated that construction work at most of the projects will resume in April.
