Quzhou painter leads delegation for French art show

Quzhou painter Chen Lingguang led a Zhejiang delegation of 12 artists to attend the annual exhibition Art Capital held in Grand Palais, France on Feb 13.

Chen's exhibit Landscape Here gained wide attention at the exhibition. His painting integrates traditional Chinese brush drawing with modern art technique of deconstruction to compliment his hometown's beautiful landscape.

The 2019 Art Capital showcases a variety of works of 2,000 artists from around the world, including four leading shows: Independent Artists Society, Comparisons Show, Drawing and Watercolor Painting Show, which will last until Feb 17.

Open to the general public since 2006, Art Capital is the yearly must visit gathering for worldwide artists and talents. It enables 2000 artists to display their works, to inspire and be inspired as well.
