Inner Mongolia trains launch customized service

Trains running from Inner Mongolia to Beijing including K89/90 and Z317/8 have launched private customized service, according to an announcement from China Railway Hohhot Group Co Ltd.

The customized service aims to improve the travel experience and handle difficulties for in-need passengers on board, such as seniors, ill, and physically challenged passengers. 

Passengers in need can reserve the service by calling the designated number, and they will be offered help after their information is relayed at certain railway stations.

The conductor, who receives the passengers' information through WeChat, will take care of them throughout the whole journey.

Customized services such as supplying water, ushering passengers, booking tickets, and delivering food, have been carried out on K89/90, Z317/8 and K263/4 trains.
