Zhoushan security bureau serves foreign sailors during holiday

The exit and entry administration counter of the Public Security Bureau of Zhoushan remained in service during the Spring Festival holiday to ensure timely visa processing for foreign sailors.

The counter published the opening hours during the period ahead of the holiday, as well as the contact numbers to accept consultations, appointments and complaints from the public.

It opened all day on Feb 7, the third day of the first lunar month, to handle the business of visas and passports for foreigners and companies. On other days during the holiday, it also offered online appointment and emergency services. 

The counter issued stay permits for 12 Indonesian sailors from a Panamanian vessel on Feb 7, enabling them to return home as soon as possible.
