Volunteers ready for 2019 China International Big Data Expo

The China International Big Data Expo (CIBDE) is the world's first big data-themed expo. It is held annually in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Every year during the expo, uniformed CIBDE volunteers can be seen guiding visitors in the expo hall, airport and train station. Sun or rain, day or night, they are always ready to help.

Since the annual China International Big Data Expo launched in 2015, a total of 2,099 volunteers have served in the expo, including teachers, doctors and university students from China and abroad. Some of them have volunteered at the expo for up to four years.

Now volunteers are stepping up training for the 2019 China International Big Data Expo. Don't forget to send them a smile when you see them at the expo.
