Hohhot integrates culture, tourism bodies

An unveiling ceremony of Hohhot culture, tourism, radio, film, and television department was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Jan 30, marking the formal establishment of the department.

Wang Jiping, vice-mayor of Hohhot municipal government, delivered a speech during the ceremony.

The new department merges the culture, tourism, and radio, film and television bodies, aiming to promote the regional integration of the tourism and culture sectors.

Hohhot is determined to take advantage of developing tourism resources to help open a new chapter for the development of the city's culture and tourism sectors.
