AVIC International Shenzhen Company Limited (AVIC INTL Shenzhen) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIC International Holding Corporation. Acting as a pioneer of the aviation industry, AVIC INTL Shenzhen is engaged in electronic information, modern services, and real estate and property businesses.

AVIC INTL Shenzhen was established in 1979 and was one of the earliest state-owned enterprises to participate in the construction of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. In over 30 years, AVIC INTL Shenzhen has become the earliest participant of the Chinese capital market relying on technology, quality, and management of the aviation industry, as well as the policy and environment of marketization and internationalization of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
