Costing 5 billion yuan ($742.1 million), the Zhanjiang Landmark Business Center broke ground in Haidong New District on Jan 27. The 368-meter high-rise is expected to dominate the city's skyline upon completion.
The project, funded by Guangxi Pinglu Group and Guangxi Financial Investment Group, is designed as an upscale modern urban complex. It will form a business circle with the nearby coastal avenue, central financial district and Zhanjiang Olympic Sports Center.
