Inner Mongolia CPPCC opens in Hohhot

The second Plenary Session of the 12th Inner Mongolia Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) opens in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Jan 25.
