Fuzhou's metro line 2 to trial run in May

Fuzhou's metro line 2 is scheduled to trial run with passengers at the beginning of May this year, local authorities said on Monday.

At a news briefing, the Fuzhou municipal people's government said that starting from last Sunday, the metro line had entered trial run stage without passengers, and after no less than three months, it will officially open to the public.

The line 2, spanning 30 kilometers, consists of 22 stations, and passengers on the line will be able to transfer to the line 1 at the Nanmendou station.
