Luosi soy sauce comes in two varieties: summer sauce and autumn sauce. The summer variety is made in summer, while the autumn sauce is made in winter. Employing three-year-old fine salt, high-quality flour and Wangjiaxi Stream spring water as its ingredients, the sauce is brewed naturally after being exposed to the sun and fermented.
