Changleng Industrial Park

Established in 1991, Chengleng Industrial Park in Nanchang's Wangcheng New District was approved by Jiangxi Provincial People's Government into a provincial-level industrial park in 1997. In 2012, the industrial park was listed as one of the 18 key provincial industrial parks in Jiangxi.

Covering 15 square kilometers, Changleng Industrial Park enjoys a distinctive location, being 10 km from downtown Nanchang, with Nanchang Changbei International Airport and the deep- water container terminal both within a 20-minute drive.

In recent years, the industrial park has focused on the development of modern equipment manufacturing industries in vehicle and auto parts manufacturing. An automobile industrial park covering 7 sq km is planned for the area.

In addition, the industrial park has also been giving full play to the development of industries in green food and medicine, cultural creative featuring printing and packaging, and trade and logistics.

In 2017, Changleng Industrial Park reached total industrial output value of 62 billion yuan ($9.22 billion) and an industrial added value of 13.55 billion yuan. The park’s tax revenue in 2017 added up to 2.43 billion yuan.
