Quzhou, a city in Zhejiang province, recently received approval to construct two provincial wetland parks from the province's Forestry Bureau, according to local media reports.
Miaoyuan River Wetland Park
The wetland park is projected to be constructed along the 22.8-kilometer Miaoyuan River in Kecheng district.
The scenic area is home to nine species of rare or endangered plants and 24 different rare and endangered animals.
With a total area of 71.62 hectares, Miaoyuan River Wetland Park will include various local scenic spots, such as Catfish Bay Park, Wantian Park, and Wang Family's Lotus Pond.
The wetland park area currently houses more than 10 high-end family inns, with Yishe being rated the best among other family inns in Zhejiang.
