Nine Inner Mongolia rare earth projects win awards

A total of nine rare earth projects from Inner Mongolia autonomous region were awarded prizes at the 2018 appraisal of China Rare Earth Science and Technology Award, on Jan 2.

The China Rare Earth Science and Technology Award was established by the Chinese Society of Rare Earths and the Association of China Rare Earth Industry which aims to reward units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the field of rare earth science and technology.

The awards are also designed to motivate scientists and technicians, promote innovation in the industry, reward sustainable development, and spur China' s rare earth industry in the pursuit of foreign markets.
