Shenzhen Bay Park
Shenzhen Bay Park is located in the southwest coast of Shenzhen, extending from Futian Mangrove Bird Nature Reserve in the east to the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cross-sea Bridge in the west, to Binhai Avenue in the north, to Shenzhen Bay in the south, with Hong Kong Mai Po Nature Reserve sitting across the sea.
Opened on August 5, 2011, the park consists of two parts: the Mangrove Seashore Ecological Park and the Shenzhen Bay Coastal Leisure Belt. It is about 13 kilometers long along the coastline and has a total area of about 128.74 hectares. It is the only coastal leisure belt built in urban Shenzhen.
Shenzhen Bay Park
Covering an area of 20.67 hectares, the Mangrove Seashore Ecological Park was built in 1999 and officially opened to public in December 2000. It aims to protect mangroves and many other plants in the area to create a protected and charming ecological environment. The 108.07-hectare Shenzhen Bay Coastal Leisure Belt has 13 different thematic areas from east to west. It has great cycling lane and tons of bicycles parked along the road for people to rent.
Shenzhen Bay Park
Shenzhen Bay Park promotes the harmonious environment for both humans and birds. It is a green ecological coastal promenade in Shenzhen, as well as a new urban cultural center that integrates ecology and humanities.
