Nanshan iPark 

With a construction area of 657,900 square meters, Nanshan iPark is an important project to expand the industrial development and promote the economic development of the northern region of Shenzhen. It includes three parts: the industrial park, the campus area, and the residential district.

As Nanshan iPark is built to be “the first international innovation village” in Shenzhen. It will mainly introduce enterprises of key focus, such as the next generation of information technology and other internet related industries, biological medicine and medical instruments, new energy, new materials, integrated circuits, culture industry, etc.

The industrial park has built 14 buildings for industrial research and development, office work, and trade business. It also has 2,682 underground parking spaces.
