Changshan to build intelligent manufacturing firms gathering zone

Changshan county in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province will establish a gathering zone for intelligent manufacturing companies, according to recent local media reports.

The Zhejiang-based Vanyang Zhongchuangcheng Investment Group Co., Ltd announced that they will invest 5 billion yuan ($725 million) in the gathering zone at a recent signing ceremony with Changshan County People's Government.

Covering an area of 930 mu (62 hectares), the gathering zone will complete its construction in six years. Mechanical engineering, bearing and new material will be its leading industries and equipment and light industrial products manufacturing as well as food processing are expected to be its basic occupation.

"The gathering zone is capable of offering local private companies complete living infrastructures, intelligent management and financing service," said a spokesman for Changshan investment introduction bureau.

He added that it will help the county attract more related micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises and advance the development of local bearing, new material and equipment manufacturing industries.

The Vanyang Zhongchuangcheng Investment Group Co., Ltd is a manufacturing industry gathering platform dedicated to serving micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises. As of now, the company has established industrial parks covering a total of 25 million square meters in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions with more than 5,000 enterprises in these parks.
