Ereenhot border trade zone

Nowadays, the major task of Ereenhot is to help to expand North China's opening-up through land and railway ports in the city.

From January to October 2018, goods worth 176 million yuan were traded in the zone, an increase of 97.8 percent year-on-year. Among them, 175 million yuan' worth was declared by border residents and 604,000 yuan' worth came from tourists. The trading products were mainly cooked beef and mutton, carpets, ethnic costumes and cashmere products.
