Second Session of CPPCC Hohhot Committee to open

The Second Session of the 13th Hohhot Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is scheduled to be held on Jan 2-6, 2019, according to a press conference held on Dec 26.

Guo Bingsheng, vice chairman of 13th Hohhot Municipal Committee of the CPPCC attended the press conference. Dong Saili, secretary-general of the CPPCC Hohhot Committee made the announcement.

The conference briefed the preparatory work and introduced the performance of duties since the first session.

At present, all preparations have been made. There will be 528 participants, including 335 CPPCC members, 93 non-voting participants and 100 secretariat staff present at the session.

In order to complete the tasks, the CPPCC Hohhot Committee has established the secretariat of the session, which consists of eight working groups, and they will undertake the work of the session respectively.
