Zhejiang Xingye Group Co Ltd is located in the beautiful Zhoushan Islands. It covers 130 square kilometers and a construction area of 120 sq km. It has more than 3,000 employees. Led by the fishery deep processing trade, the business pattern of the company covers offshore fishing and marine life production, shipbuilding, rope net manufacturing and catering. 

The group owns various subsidiaries, including the Xinnuojia Bio-engineering Co Ltd, Zhoushan Longsheng Shipbuilding Co Ltd, Zhoushan Ruiyang Aquatic Products Research and Development Co Ltd, and Zhoushan Xingjia Hotel Management Co Ltd.   

Founded in January 1995, it was one of the first large ventures jointly developed by Zhoushan Second Marine Fisheries Co Ltd and Maruha Co Ltd of Japan.

In just a few years, Xingye has developed from a traditional fishing enterprise into a large aquatic enterprise group. The total assets have been rapidly expanded from 90 million yuan ($13.09 million) to 1.15 billion yuan. Total sales amounted to 16.7 billion yuan. In 2012, the sales volume reached 1.38 billion yuan and the foreign exchange totaled $105 million. 

The company has been rated as a national leading agricultural enterprise and a national agricultural product processing demonstration enterprise.

The deep processing of aquatic products is the leading business of the Group. The Group has various modern aquatic products processing equipment and supporting facilities. It has developed more than 300 product series, including tuna series, surimi series, squid series, fish fillet series, shrimp series and seafood snacks. 

The development of marine biological products is the focus of the group's operations. The marine biological products that have been developed include deep sea fish oil, marine health products, marine seasoning and marine new feed and feed flavoring agents.
