The Huapu Park in Jinan was opened to the public in October 2014. It grew out of Jinan Flower Nursery Center (Duandian Nursery Garden), covering 9.8 hectares. In 2015, disaster prevention and mitigation facilities were added, enabling the park to be a regional disaster prevention space.

Lotus ponds, flower fields, corridors, pavilions, fitness facilities and themed sculptures are scattered throughout the park. It hosts miniascape exhibitions and flower fairs from time to time.

The park has more than 100 varieties of plants, such as arbors, shrubs and ground-covering plants, forming picturesque landscapes in different seasons. It has also become a natural science popularization base and a good spot for residents to enjoy leisure time.

It is located at No 26059 Jingshi Road, Huaiyin district, on the northeastern side of the Lashan Overpass.
