An exhibition of photographs is currently being held in Harbin to mark the 40th anniversary of the strong bilateral ties between China and Russia, since China’s reform and opening-up in 1978.
The exhibition is divided into four areas, with each depicting the achievements the two sides have made in trade, culture, sports, tourism, diplomacy, and infrastructure. The relationship between the two countries is recorded in more than 200 photographic works.
The event is being sponsored by the Information Office of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government, Heilongjiang Foreign Affairs Office and the Heilongjiang committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; and organized by Heilongjiang Convention and Exhibition Bureau.
