Qin Lake, located in the north of Jiangyan, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, was rated a national 5A-level tourist attraction in 2012.
With a planned area of 26 square kilometers, the scenic spot boasts abundant rivers and grasslands. Currently, only 7 suare kilometers are open to the public.
Thanks to its unique wetland ecological environment, the area grows 153 varieties of hydrophilous plants and provides habitats for many rare animals such as Pere David's deer, the red-crowned crane and the Chinese alligator.
