The offices of small towns environment improvement and economic development in Quzhou and Hangzhou, Zhejiang province signed a cooperation agreement on Dec 6.
The agreement states that the two cities will share their resources in technology, information, talents, capital and the market.
They will make full use of their own advantages to create a group of innovative platforms, carry out a series of cultural exchange activities and launch new projects benefiting local residents.
To date, six counties in Quzhou have paired with their Hangzhou counterparts to seek common development.
Since the launch of the project in 2016 across Zhejiang province, the two cities have made remarkable achievements in grassroots governance and city-industry integration.
The moves adopted by the two sides are being promoted to their respective towns.
