President Xi Jinping paid a state visit to the Independent State of Papua New Guinea from Nov 15 to 16.
Witnessed by President Xi and Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea Peter O’Neill, Wang Xiaotao, chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), and his counterpart from Papua New Guinea signed a series of bilateral development cooperation agreements concerning people's livelihoods.
The agreements are expected to promote the two countries' friendly relations and common development, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.
