Maochang Yinzuo Plaza was jointly developed and established by Shandong Maochang Century Investment Co and Shandong Yinzuo Group.

Located in the commercial center in Pingyin county of Jinan, the plaza combines residences, shopping, recreation, catering and tourism. As a three-phase project with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan ($405.83 million), it has a planning area of some 247 mu (16.47 hectares) and a total combined floor area of 682,700 square meters.
