Direct Baotou-Guiyang flight launched

Baotou Airport is to launch a direct flight linking Baotou, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, with Guiyang, Guizhou province, on Dec 16, according to baotounews.com.cn.

The direct flight, operated by China Express, is scheduled to fly every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

The flight will take off in Guiyang at 11:35, and arrive in Baotou at 14:00. The return flight will depart Baotou at 14:40 and reach Guiyang at 17:15.

The launch of the direct flight will shorten the travel time to two and a half hours, providing more convenience for passengers traveling between the two cities.

The tickets will be sold at a 30 percent discount for a short period after the launch of the flight.
