Trademark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce

Since its establishment in 1978, Trademark Office, directly under State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC), has been responsible for trademark registration and administration throughout the country, while local administrations for industry and commerce are responsible for supervising the use of trademarks and dealing with infringements of the exclusive right to use a trademark ex officio or at the request of right-holders.

Specifically, Trademark Office's functions include registering and administering trademarks, protecting trademark rights and handling trademark infringement and counterfeiting cases; handling trademark disputes; strengthening the recognition and protection of well-known trademarks; registering, recording and protecting special signs and official signs; researching, analyzing and releasing trademark registration information；providing information for government decision-making and to the public; and implementing Trademark Strategy.

The Trademark Office set up a branch in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone in 2009.

Tongda Trademark Service Center was founded in 1993, with its main functions of providing trademark registration service for the Trademark Office. It is now the Trademark Examination Cooperation Center, affiliated to the SAIC.

13. Turn right to the ring road to the Beisanhuan Zhong Lu 184 meters

14. Turn right at Beisanhuan Zhong Lu 1.9 km

15. Turn off at the exit of Xizhimenqiao Bridge-Xi’erhuan Road- Xueyuanqiao Bridge-Beisihuan Road and drive along the auxiliary lane of the Beisanhuanxi Lu 183 meters

16. Turn to ring road and the destination is on the right side 147 meters

*Public Traffic Facilities

Option one:

1.Take the subway line 2 at the Beijing Railway Station, get on the train running to the direction of the Dongzhimen station and get off at the Jianguomen Station (the transfer station to the line 1)

2. Transfer to the line 1 (line direction: from the pingguoyuan to the sihui station), get on the train running to the direction of Yong’anli, and get off at the Guomao Station (the transfer station to the line 10)

3. Tansfer to the line 10 (line direction from the Jingsong to the Bagou Station ), get on the train running to the direction of the Jintaixizhao Station, and get off at the Xitucheng Station; go out at the eastern exit, walk along the road at the south direction, and the destination is at the left side.

Option Two:

1.Take the subway line 2 at the Beijing Railway Station, get on the train running to the direction of the Xizhimen Station and get off at the Chongwenmen Station (the transfer station to the line 5)

2. Transfer to the line 5 (line direction: from the Songjiazhuang to the Tiantongyuanbei station), get on the train running to the direction of the Dongdan Station, and get off at the Huixinxijienankou Station (the transfer station to the line 10)

3. Transfer to the line 10 (line direction: from the Jingsong to the Bagou Station ), get on the training running to the direction of the Anzhenmen Station and get off at the Xitucheng Station; go out at the eastern exit, walk along the road at the south direction, and the destination is at the left side.

Option Three:

1.Take the subway line 2 at the Beijing Railway Station, get on train running to the direction of the Xizhimen Station and get off at the Chegongzhuang Station

2. take the No. 632 bus (line direction: from Wu Lu to Qinghe Xiaoying Qiaoxi) and get off at the Jimenqiao Station

3. walk to the destination

Option four: to take taxi

Start from the Beijing Capital International Airport

1.Drive along the Beijing Airport Expressway (the expressway toll is charged at the first section)

2. Turn off at the exit of the Dongsanhuan-Guomaoqiao Bridge-Beisanhuan-Anzhenqiao-Sanyuanxiqiao Bridge and drive heading to the Beisanhuandong Lu

3. Turn right at the Beisanhuandong Lu

4. Continue to drive along the Beisanhuanzhong Lu

5. Turn off at the exit of Xizhimenqiao Bridge-Xi’erhuan Lu-Xuyuanqiao Bridge-Beisihuan Lu and drive along the auxiliary lane of the Beisanhuanxi Lu

6. Turn to ring road and the destination is on the right side

Option one:

1. Walking to the Passenger Terminal 2 to take the Beijing Airport Express running from the Passenger Terminal 2 to the Dongzhimen Station, and get off the train at the Sanyuanqiao Station.

2. Transfer to the subway line 10 (Line direction: from Jingsong to Bagou Station) and get off at the Xitucheng Station
