Beijing tops among China's CBDs in 2018: Blue paper

The development of Beijing's Central Business District (CBD) ranks at the top among all CBDs in the country this year, according to a blue paper co-published recently by the Capital University of Economics and Business and Social Sciences Documentation Publishing House.

"After 20 years' planning and development, Beijing's CBD has reached an international level that is comparable to top CBDs in many developed countries," the paper said.

It also pointed out that Shenzhen in southern China ranks at the top in terms of tax revenue.
